The Equifax Small Business Delinquency Index (SBDI) 31–90 Days Past Due declined 1bp in August to 1.25%, 67bp below its year-ago level. The SBDI 91–180 Days Past Due declined 1bp and is down 20bp over the last year. 

The Equifax Small Business Default Index (SBDFI) is 2.35%. Defaults fell to pre-pandemic levels, declining 16bp month-over-month and 88bp year-over-year.
